So anyhow, I flew halfway across the world by myself. It was the first time I have ever traveled halfway around the world alone. I met all sorts of people while waiting for my trip both to San Francisco and back to the Philippines. Traveling alone really isn't so bad. It's always fun chatting with different people and connecting for that few minutes in time.
Anyone who is on a vacay is definitely going to do a lot of sight seeing and a lot of eating. I made sure to go on a crash diet before my trip and lost 10 pounds. Yey! The word "diet" did not exist in my vocabulary for my whole vacation. I am officially back in the Philippines now and I have just stepped on the weighing scale. I have gained back 7 pounds from my trip. Booohooo. So what got me weighing 7 pounds heavier: burritos, pizza, strawberries, chocolates, buffet, Starbucks, oh and all the other yummy treats you can think of. Believe it or not, there's no Starbucks on my part of the Philippines (well not yet anyway, I heard come by May Starbucks will be opening a branch here). I went crazy over Starbuck's Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I could have that 4 times a day and still wouldn't get tired of it.
So anyhow, enough of the yadda yadda's....Here's some pictures from my trip! Have a happy weekend.

I never begrudge a blogger who falls behind on posting because he/she was out living life. Better to blog a little less and blog about all the amazing things you did (a la your awesome-fun trip) than to be blogging about cutting your toenails everyday because you haven't left the house in six weeks!

LOL at you being 'naughty', I adore your pictures! For some reason my fave is in Ripley's, you just look so happy. And you deserve a break from blogging to go on a vacay! And major props for only gaining back seven pounds in a month. When I was in Poland three years ago, I gained ten pounds in TWO WEEKS haha.
And wowee ... I just had a cinnamon dolce latte for the first time yesterday and I agree - AMAZING. And I second ejannz/robyn on joining our Skype date!

Sounds like you had a great time in Cali. I am still to scared to travel by myself. One day, I will have to but I think I will be okay.
