Despite being sick I have been up and about. Just last weekend I had gotten together with a friend whom I haven't seen in 13 years! It has been ages. We lost touch long ago but I'm glad to know that we have the kind of friendship where we just pick up where we left off.

a huge huge pizza...we are small girls with big appetites! The following night after my get together with my childhood friends, I had gone to a 1920's theme party with my friend and the boyfie. This event was a lot of fun. I loved all the feathers, lace, and pearls that most every girl in the room was rockin. 1920's is such a fun era.

pooeyyyy my cam's battery wouldn't work so I had to have the boyfie snap this shot with my cellphone.
A photo with my designer friend, Ronan.

I wish I could have taken a better photo of the ballerina.

would you believe that this dress is actually made up of ferrero rocher chocolate wrappers. I love Nutella.Cheers to many more happy weekends!

Hi Mel!!! The event looks so fun, I would have loved to have been there. Meeting up with the old friend reminds me of your experience with the old friend in the US. Years pass, but you're still able to connect with people you haven't seen. That's a special gift.
I don't mean to be a nag, but maybe you should have stayed home and rested so you could get well faster. But then again, how many chances do we get to have fun with an old friend? You made a good choice--just take care of yourself! =)
So even though you were sick you still had the energy to party! lol, my kind of girl!
I LOVE ferreros, and nutella of course!
