Hey guys what have you been up to? Lately I've been running into a lot of crazy people. Crazy does not even begin to describe the people that I have encountered. Yesterday, I went out for lunch with the boyfie. Traffic was a lot heavier than usual. I thought there might have been an accident or something or maybe construction. Finally we realized what caused the traffic. An old, wrinkly homeless guy was on the sidewalk talking and smiling to himself. This "weirdness" did not stop there, he had his pants halfway down his knees and he was jacking off in public. Ewwwwnesss! Then he would try to get passerby's to touch his dingaling! Ewwwww! Ewww! and Ewww!
Two Fridays ago there was a lot of commotion over at my cuh-ray-zee neighbor's house. First, some cops were asking my neighbor's house sitter if she had a permit for her business and if there were kids in the house my my crazy German neighbor. Next thing I know I came across this article titled, " German National, Cabbie nabbed for Teen's Kidnap". When I got back from work, my German neighbor was no longer at home, she was already in jail. For those of you who've been following my blog for a long time now, already know how crazy she is. For the newbies to my blog, there was a time when she threw a huge buddha statue over my front gate. Luckily none of us got hurt or got hit by the buddha statue. She also threw a knife over our gate and this knife had dried blood on it. There was one time when she tried to throw a huge rock at my boyfie's car. Read about her cuhrazeeness here, here, and read about the one time she called the cops on my house and she told them that I died a couple years ago which you can read about it here.
So anyhow, turns out my neighbor had kidnapped some teenager. Just a couple days ago they let her out of jail. Turns out they couldn't keep her inside because she is mentally unstable. We suggested to the cops to maybe have her deported but they said they couldn't do that because she didn't have documents and papers. What? I thought someone could get deported if they weren't legal in that country and if they could not provide all the necessary documents.
Anyhow....what was your weekend like? I hope it wasn't as crazy as mine.

*yawn*
Above picture pretty much says it all. Gosh, I remember way back when I used to hate nap time. When I was little I remember having endless battles with my parents about nap time. Nap time was a big no no for me, it meant time away from playing with my toys and when I was a teenager it meant less time on the phone and less time for my social life.
By the time I hit college, I started yearning for nap time. There were times when I had to sit for 5 straight hours in one class. The lecture was so boring that I literally went cross eyed and dozed off for a good few seconds. There was another time when I was taking an exam which lasted for three full hours. That exam made me feel so sleepy that none of the questions I read had registered in my brain. I was so shocked when I got my test paper back. Why? Well in the mid portion of the test paper I got so bored I doodled on the answer portion, I wrote my name on the answer portion, and I had rewrote the test question on the answer portion. Sheesh! I do a lot of weird stuff when I am sleepy or in need of a 30 minute nap break.
And now, I am no longer living a student's life, I am now in a corporate world where I need to be awake physically and mentally. These past few months I have felt so drained. I am always feeling so sleepy by the time the clock hits 2pm. Coffee? Caffeine? Sugar? Tried em all but nothing works for me. Tsk tsk....
Do you guys feel the same way as well? Do you find yourself needing nap time too?
Anyways...I'm off to catch some zzzzzz's. Hopefully this will recharge me for a few hours and make me feel full of live again. Night night everyone!

Blast from the Past
I've been MIA for almost two weeks from the blogosphere. I'm looking like a zombie but I am still alive. These past few days I've been having a horrible case of cough and runny nose plus phlegm. Ewww much. I will spare you the details.
Despite being sick I have been up and about. Just last weekend I had gotten together with a friend whom I haven't seen in 13 years! It has been ages. We lost touch long ago but I'm glad to know that we have the kind of friendship where we just pick up where we left off.

a huge huge pizza...we are small girls with big appetites!
The following night after my get together with my childhood friends, I had gone to a 1920's theme party with my friend and the boyfie. This event was a lot of fun. I loved all the feathers, lace, and pearls that most every girl in the room was rockin. 1920's is such a fun era.

pooeyyyy my cam's battery wouldn't work so I had to have the boyfie snap this shot with my cellphone.
A photo with my designer friend, Ronan.

I wish I could have taken a better photo of the ballerina.

would you believe that this dress is actually made up of ferrero rocher chocolate wrappers. I love Nutella.
Cheers to many more happy weekends!
